Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bosch Rexroth VEH30.2BNN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bregenhorn-Butow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cetia-Matrix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Brandless product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bregenhorn-Butow such as the 84F7MB430 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSPIO6U manufactured by Cetia-Matrix and we are pleased to be able to service most Cetia-Matrix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WAHLI50 by Manufacturer Brandless as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Carel Brand PC03010BS0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Castelle such as FaxPress7000 equipment made by Castelle have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Castelle products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Castelle" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 554721 made by Burket as well as the popular LFV270BL original spares produced by Ccs-Inc.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1046404 by Boston-Fincor and FaxPress7000 spares by Castelle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bronco-Ii.
